Trust & Reliability

Choosing a service to answer your customers means trusting it to be there. So we do not ask you to take our word for it — availability is measured by an independent monitor, and its status page is public.

Incidents

Total downtime
27 minutes of downtime in total

This is our lowest-scoring endpoint, not an average. The website itself recorded no downtime at all in this window — we publish the harder number, because the API is the part that answers your customers.

Measured by UptimeRobot, an independent third-party monitoring service. We do not calculate this number ourselves.

The figure above covers a fixed window and is refreshed periodically. The status page is live and always current.

How this is measured

Two endpoints are polled from outside our infrastructure every 5 minutes: the website customers visit, and the API that generates replies. A failure at either is recorded as downtime. Because the monitoring runs on UptimeRobot's servers rather than ours, an outage on our side cannot suppress the record of it.

The same principle applies to what we hold. These documents state what we collect, why, and how to remove it — in plain language, not only in legal terms.
