Without a top-up balance, smart replies pause until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can add a top-up or upgrade anytime for more replies.

Post Replies are keyword-triggered replies you set up on specific posts — when a comment matches your keyword, the reply you configured is sent automatically. They're unlimited on every plan and never count toward your monthly smart reply limit.

Yes — from the Starter plan up you can connect your Shopify, Salla, or Zid store. Jawab24 syncs your product catalog so smart replies can answer questions about your products directly from your store data.
