If you have a top-up balance, AI-powered smart replies also keep running — top-up replies never expire and are used automatically once your plan quota runs out. Without a top-up balance, smart replies pause until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can add a top-up or upgrade anytime for more replies.

Post Replies are keyword-triggered replies you set up on specific posts — when a comment matches your keyword, the reply you configured is sent automatically. They're unlimited on every plan and never count toward your monthly smart reply limit.

Yes — on the Business and Pro plans you can connect your Shopify, Salla, or Zid store. Jawab24 syncs your product catalog so smart replies can answer questions about your products directly from your store data.

Yes — you can add a smart reply top-up pack anytime from your dashboard, paid by card or arranged via WhatsApp. Top-up replies never expire: they sit in your balance and are used automatically only after your monthly plan quota runs out.
