Without a top-up balance, smart replies pause until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can add a top-up or upgrade anytime for more replies.

Post Replies are keyword-triggered replies you set up on specific posts — when a comment matches your keyword, the reply you configured is sent automatically. They're unlimited on every plan and never count toward your monthly smart reply limit.
