This page explains how users can request deletion of their data associated with Jawab24 and its integration with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

How to Delete Your Data

If you want to delete your data from Jawab24, you have several options:

Option 1: Delete from Jawab24

  1. Log in to your Jawab24 account at jawab24.com
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete all your data including connected pages, comments, messages, and settings.

Option 2: Remove from Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
  2. Find Jawab24 in the list
  3. Click Delete
  4. Check the box to delete all data

Option 3: Contact Us

You can also request data deletion by contacting us directly:

Please include your Facebook account email or Page name in your request.

Data Associated with Meta Platforms

When you use Jawab24 with Facebook or Instagram, the following data may be stored:

  • Facebook Page IDs connected to Jawab24
  • Instagram Business Account IDs
  • Comment and message identifiers received via Meta Webhooks
  • Access tokens used to communicate with the Meta Graph API

What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Your account information
  • Connected Facebook and Instagram Pages
  • Stored comments and messages
  • Reply history
  • Business information
  • All settings and preferences

Deletion Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the request.

Revoking Access

Users can also revoke Jawab24 access directly from their Facebook account settings by removing the Jawab24 application under Apps and Websites.

Data Retention

After deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 90 days. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period for legal compliance.
