1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Jawab24 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jawab24 provides AI-powered automated reply services for businesses on WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages, and Instagram accounts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and send responses to customer comments and messages on your connected channels. No online store or website is required to use the Service; optional integrations with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Salla, and Zid) are available.

3. E-commerce Integrations

Jawab24 can connect to your Shopify, Salla, or Zid store to power product-aware replies and merchant-configured customer notifications. By connecting a store you confirm that:

• You are authorized to connect the store and to grant the requested access scopes;
• You are responsible for your store's data and for complying with the connected platform's terms (Shopify, Salla, or Zid) and applicable laws;
• We access and process your store data only as needed to provide the Service, and you may disconnect at any time, which stops further processing.

4. Account Requirements

To use Jawab24, you must:

• Have a valid Facebook account
• Be an admin of the Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts you connect
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate the Terms of Service or Community Standards of Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, or the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
• Send spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Send content breaching those policies from a page or number connected to the Service — including messages you send yourself from the WhatsApp app on your own device

You remain responsible for every message sent from any page or number you connect to the Service, however it was sent — by Jawab24 on your behalf, by you from your dashboard, or by you from your own device. Where a platform requires it, we may suspend a connected channel immediately.

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that responses generated by our AI service may not always be perfect or appropriate. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing the business information you provide
• Monitoring the replies sent on your behalf
• Disabling auto-reply if responses are inappropriate

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

8. Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions

Jawab24 does not provide paid services, process payments, or enable access to certain features in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions. Access to payment functionality may be restricted or disabled based on the user's geographic location, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and certain regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk). Jawab24 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to payment features or services as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and payment provider requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jawab24 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• AI-generated content posted to your Pages
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Actions taken by Facebook regarding your account or Pages

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may disconnect your Pages and stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
