4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that responses generated by our AI service may not always be perfect or appropriate. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing the business information you provide
• Monitoring the replies sent on your behalf
• Disabling auto-reply if responses are inappropriate

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

7. Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions

Jawab24 does not provide paid services, process payments, or enable access to certain features in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions. Access to payment functionality may be restricted or disabled based on the user's geographic location, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and certain regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk). Jawab24 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to payment features or services as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and payment provider requirements.

Jawab24 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• AI-generated content posted to your Pages
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Actions taken by Facebook regarding your account or Pages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may disconnect your Pages and stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
